2025 ESRF-INSTRUCT Cryo-EM course on sample preparation for Single Particle Analysis

The 7th practical hands-on workshop on sample preparation for cryo-EM single particle data collection, jointly organized by the ESRF, EMBL Grenoble, and the IBS, is a 3-day workshop aimed at PhDs, Postdocs and young scientists new to the field of single particle cryo-EM. 

It will be held at the European Photon Neutron campus, Grenoble, France from May 20th to 22nd, 2025.

The course offers theoretical and practical aspects of sample preparation for single particle cryo-EM including prior quality control by negative staining. The participants will also learn the basics of grid screening and evaluation.
